Default Need help identifying French dance song...

So, I recently went on holiday to Agadir, Morocco, and it was absolutely lovely. Whilst staying at the Hotel Argana, the DJ played a French song which was quite up-tempo. As it started playing, all the children jumped up and began doing a dance. It was like if we were doing the cha-cha slide in England/America. All the people at the hotel seemed to know this song and the dance to it. I cannot remember much of it, except that in the chorus, something along the lines of "Wosa Wosa!" was said. Some of the dance moves included pointing both hands to the left, then shaking them in that direction (somewhat like firing a gun) and then repeated the movement to the right side. Could anyone please help me out? This is eating me alive!

People were created to be loved. Things were created to be used. The reason why the world is in chaos, is because things are being loved, and people are being used

I'm afraid that's not it! Thank you for trying, though! The one I'm looking for has instructions for the dance in the lyrics, it seemed. It came across as having French/Spanish influences in the song, rather than Arabic ones. But thanks anyhow!

He says "comme ca" when the beat kicks in and the arms go a bit like you say.

Can't see the spanish influence though.
