Some words look Portuguese, but I'm not sure.

I can't tell you what it is, but it's definitely NOT any of the languages I would recognize: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Hebrew, Italian, German, or Russian. It does look more like a dialect. According to whatlanguageisthis.com, it is "Tagalog (Filipino) (or possibly Slovak, Croatian, or Czech)".
