Im looking for a song i heard back between 1998-1999. Im 99% sure it came out those years.

It's by a female r&b singer. I remember seeing in the video that she had black hair, caramel colored skin, and she was thin.

The chorus goes something like this:
"Rhythm of the night day dreams come true"
"I cant even think of things to do."
"Rhythm of the night"

At least i thinks shes saying rhythm. I think it's either rhythm or vision of the night.

Oh also the song is r&b itself with a beat u can dance to and im 100% sure it's NOT "rhythm is a dancer by snap."

Can any1 give any ideas?
