The only words I could make out were "heartbeat, perpetual motion".

Well i can add: ..."stranger things can happen"

The last words (less sure) ..."stand up and dan...(ce)"

In the announcer's intro i can hear "ABC". The group is still active and the voice and style fit. I listened to most Allmusic samples but no luck...
Now if some nice forum member would translate the introduction...Japanese is it ?

My first thought was Martin Fry from ABC.
