في غيبته همي طوواني
والوقت من طوله امــله
والشوق في بعده كواني

الحب يتعب من يدله
والله في حبــه بلاني
وان كان يبغي العلم كله
عيني تكفي عن لســاني

الحب يتعب من يدله
the love tires who guides it
والله في حبــه بلاني
Allah (God) has cursed me with his love
وان كان يبغي العلم كله
even if he wants to know it all

my eyes speak for my tongue
