You know what, for some reason I'd put this as a 70s song. Of course that's just a guess/hunch. By the way frame, do you recall where did you get the recording from?

Bump, since the song is still unidentified and the link is expired I will post the youtube link.

For the lyrics I will give it a shot. In parentheses are parts I am unsure of. Here's what I got, of course with some needed fine tuning.

Find yourself a pretty good life little baby.
From this time we are so glad to come home.
Find yourself a pretty good life little lady.
(Our minds are real they're) changing from now on.

How can I say that our love seems to be almost dead?
Feeling so beautiful I (could) just feeling so sad
And you would just keep me surprised
As I look/looked into your eyes

Find yourself a pretty good life my sweet lady.
We struggled hard to make it go around.
It took a little bit of time now we’re ready.
From this time we’ll never say goodbye.

How can I say that our love seems to be almost dead?
Feeling so beautiful I (could) just feeling so sad
And you would just keep me surprised
As I look/looked into your eyes

How can I say that our love seems to be almost dead?
Feeling so beautiful I (could) just feeling so sad
And you would just keep me surprised
As I look/looked into your eyes

Find yourself a pretty good life little baby.
From this time we are so glad to come home.

    Just a long shot: http://www.musik-sammler.de/media/332692 (track 7)
However he sang in a similar style. Here's another song by him:

"(Our minds are real they're) changing from now on" sounds right to me

Feeling so beautiful I (could) just feeling so sad = Feeling so beautiful after just feeling so sad

    Thanks jp for the correction.

Also I thought came to my mind yesterday. And I would like to add that someone else's comment on youtube helped with it also. At first I thought the singer was female, but now I think it's male. In fact, maybe a younger male or one with an effeminate singing voice. This one is even more so than the Bogart Co singer.
