what i know about the song:

very dramatic and emotional, strings etc.
lyrics i think i understood: "(who?) are you .. twenty one, twenty one"
(the "twenty-one" line is repeated a lot)
sounds extremely similar to Antony and the Johnsons, but i haven't found any song which matches what i heard.
