This is n oldie one of 5 of my first attempts at writing songs. I hope you like it and understand my battle with my temper.

It's called that because when I get mad I tend to loose control and do something I regret like have a fight that ends or causes tension in a friendship or family. So I feel ashamed for loosing control and causing that problem.
