Need help finding song I heard on Laguna Beach!!!

I was wondering if anyone knows the name of the song that was playing in the background when they were waiting for that girl to come in the house for her suprise birthday party, they played it pretty softly but it was awesome, i know blink182 is gone but it sounds alot like them, if anyone could help i would appreciate it
