Guys and ladies, I need help, can somebody tell me what is the name of this song, it' starts like this:

"Are you ready to move, ready to groove,
are you ready to DANCE WITH MY SAXOPHONE."

And "Dance with my saxophone" is repeated throughout the song many times, I think that's a refrain...

The girl sings it, on first time I thought it's Laurent Wolf because the song very looks like Saxo from her, but it guise not...
