This is a fun, slightly rockish song. This is a song you start singing along with even if you don't quite know the words. (Which is good, because some of the lyrics are strange.)

SIN is not a german word, I guess some letters are missing; maybe it should be "STEIN" (stone) ?

"Grad" means something like yet, even, just

But I think the lyrics must be reade in another context - just like this:

Die Welt da draussen braucht Dich jetzt Grad nicht,
ihr geht’s ganz gut allein
= the world out there doesn´t need you right now
they are doing well alone

I just heard the song at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wd0LNR85Iw and to me it's sounds like:

Verschluckt von einem Loch oder ausgespuckt vom großen Sinn

which I would translate to:

swallowed by a hole or spit out by the big meaning
