I remember the music video but not the name.

Hello, there is a song in my head but i can't find.

I watch the music video on VH1 about 300 times.
All i remember in the lyrics is 'and it's truuuueeeeeeee' part.

Music video is one plan. White big room, there are people stitting in a row. (like a class)
They are moving (like stop motion) and changing color according to music.
Only moving person is the singer.

Not sure about this part but they could be carrying an umbrella. (They opening and closing according to music again)

Music is electronic and singer is a woman. Starting with electronic beats.

Any ideas ? I remember this song like every month or week and this is locks me, can't thing any other stuff.
I can't even work sometimes. Please help me
