    Anyone have any idea who or what this is?

    It used to get played quite a bit on the British radio show Hed Kandi, maybe 10-15 years ago. I just found that last 30 seconds, which is all I ever managed to tape.

    Eternal gratitude to anyone who can help. Well, maybe not eternal, but I will think of you fondly for at least a week.
