French English rap song

Hi I remember remember the name of this song it was a 2 part song that started with wu-tang or RZA(i think) then went into french rap. I am intrestied in the french rap part. my french is also bad so i will prolly screw up the lyrics that i remember but it was sometihng like "que tu veux qu tu veux on sai si vous pleux" and the chorus went something like la la la la lalala.
