Lata Mangeshkar - Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum

Hi can someone help me with the Lata Mangeshkar song Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum from the 1981 Bollywood film Silsila directed by Yash Chopra starring Big B, Jaya Bhaduri, Rekha and Sanjeev Kumar? Please kindly include Big B's recitation of the poem Main Aur Meri Tanhaai as well...I only understand very simple Hindi/Urdu, and I need help with translating this song along with Big B's poem into English...THANKS!!!!!
