I don't know the song, but I'm digging as to me it has it's similarity to a style of an electro dance group a few years back.

Here's the same sample uploaded to a place ... not like croko. >;->

I listened to this clip a few times and have no clue. It kind of reminds me of some of the music on the Sliver soundtrack.
