So I heard this song at a JC Penney a while ago. It's sort of techno-pop and it goes:

"Take my hand now baby..."

And then it goes on:

"Cele, I want to celebrate you
I want to celebrate you
I want to celebrate you
I want to celebrate"

I've been looking endlessly online for the lyrics or even the artist but cannot find it. Please help!!!

I think the song you're referring to is Blue Dream Lover by Elke. He's really singing... Sailing, I will be sailing with you. Sadly, I can't find this version of the song [original]. All I've found is the Broken One Remix on Amazon.
