Dana International - Petra (Arabic part)

Hi all forumers

I need your help a lot.
There is this song called "Petra" by Israeli singer Dana International.
It's sung in Hebrew, but there are two parts spoken in Arabic.
Does anyone of you can help me to translate this part? and transliterate with arabic and latin characters?
