I am new to this forum and need your help. I have a Christmas CD that was copied from a cassette tape of music recorded from an FM radio broadcast in 1982. I am trying to identify the songs and titles on each track. There is an unfamiliar song, on which, I cannot identify the title, or the artist(s).

I have most of the lyrics listed, below. Some words are hard to deciphe, so I might not be entirely accurate, on a couple.
The tune has a bouncy rhythm. It's mostly vocal but has an instrumental break in the middle.

Hopefully, some of you experts can help with what I have typed. I appreciate any suggestions you can offer. Thanks!

"Each day is a little bit brighter
Each care is a little bit lighter

You feel the glow,
And then you know,
It's Christmas once again.

Each face wears a mask of contentment (?)
And gone is the ? of resentment.

It's like a spell,
And you can tell,
It's Christmas once again.

For this is the season,
When faith is born anew
This is the reason,
That love will see us through.

Our friends are a little bit dearer
Our dreams are a little bit clearer
That great big feeling in our heart grows even bigger, when,
It's Christmas once again."
