Definitely an older song, and I wouldn't rule out one that is foreign. She has an accent IMO. This sample had the end of a verse and the Chorus/Refrain. I say we can focus on the refrain as a possible title can come out of it.

Hm, I am not sure if that might help at all, because this song was recorded from Polish TV serie "M jak milosc" (in English would be "L like Love") broadcasted on 24-Dec 2012. Honestly "in my ears" would better suit me rather than "money", because it's more romantic, but I trust you if you truly hear that, I am not native For me it also sounds like old song from 60' or 70', in style similar to e.g. Mama Cass Elliot..

I think it could as it can give us a specific location we can try to search at. I agree it sounds like an old song and more than likely it is. It would be more romantic, but who knows what the song is about? There has to be a good reason why the refrain refers to dream of money, dream in money like that. And you may be Native but you are doing a fairly good job. Thanks for the info and keep it up.
