Old German Pop song

Some 65 years ago my parents had a few German '78's and 45 records with some pop songs . I remember the tune and some of the lyrics but wonder if someone could help me identify the song and possibly direct me to the complete lyrics. I believe that the lyrics started with the following words:
'Wer einmal lugt den glaubt man nicht, das klingt zwar wunderbar' and further
'Ich mochte kussen wen ich will doch leider kann ichs nicht! Auf einmal rief 'ne frau, den kerl kenn ich genau; was kann er lugen , mit seinen undschlultsfollen augen im gesicht, und was er sonnst noch kan das sag' ich lieber nicht'.

I remember the music and could probably record it but am unsure of how to attach a music file to this post.

Unfortunatelly there is no youtube upload so you could listen to it, at least her songs are form the 60ies.


When I did a reasearch on "wer einmal lügt, dem glaubt man nciht" it only shows Andrea Berg. But she is a nowadays star - defintely not from the 60ies.

Is the song 65 years old or is it from the era about '65 ? If the latter is the case these songs could come into question:

You bet it's the former! (Song from 1930s/1940s)

Since the original post says '78s, so shellacs, and they were way outdated in the mid-1960s.
