Default [SOLVED] la la la soft female song

Alright I need help identifying a song that I heard over the intercom but laughing drowned out most of it.

Its a very very soft song sung by a female. It sounds fairly new, around 90ish to 2000s and is fairly popular since I've heard it on the radio and other places quite a few times.

Unfortunately all I have to go on is the lyrics consist mostly of la la la la la la with other words interspersed in between.

Specifically the repeated phrase as I hear it starts with (la ^-la ^-la v-la v-la v-la)x2 and (may?) be followed with a much faster (la ^-la v-la v-la)x3. (^=higher note v=lower note) This comprises most of the song.

It is not ATC around the world. It is not Kylie's Can't get you out of my head. It is much much much softer and somewhat slower and deliberate than that.

Nahhh...it sounds more like a white woman, its slower, and its a very soft song, more like a love song although I don't know enough words to know if thats what its about. I'll try to get a recording of the tune going.
