For a possible title I would say "Now and Forever/The Now and Forever" as it is the subject in this song. The subject that is. The land is The Now and Forever. It could also be about protection or being freed. You never know, every stone must be unturn. Also, this is foreign. She definitely has an accent.

The lyrics must go something like "Oh oh oh, he's a danger, this Barabba" and the main chorus is "Take me to/Get away, Barabba" (I'm assuming Barabba is a name).

Wow, I was shocked too. But really though, it was tough to decipher. I felt that you were right about "he's", but since it sounded like forever, and forever to me isn't a person, I thought "here's". Apparently the song is about Barabbas, and Barabba in Italian. So it makes sense. I think if we figured out the Country of it's possible origin it would've helped the process. I still am amazed that the title was a name, and that name to be exact.
