Help needed for a poem

I need some help with having a romantic lovley poem in farsi, for my man, if someone can help me with a great one, but if you can give me the translation in english so i understand the poem that be great!

Dear I searched a bit and I found some poems with different subjects like break up, waiting for you, etc....what kind of poem do u want exactly?a poem that shows you love him so much? or you're gonna wait for him forever? or what?

I like this poem very much hope you like it,too...the original poem is not in Persian cause the poet is 'Paul Éluard" and this is the translation of the poem but it's really beautifuland the Farsi translation of this poem is amazing..

تو را به خاطر عطر نان گرم
I love you because the scent of warm bread

برای برفی که آب می شود دوست می دارم
because of the snow that melts

تو را برای دوست داشتن دوست می دارم
I love you because of love

تو را به جای همه کسانی که دوست نداشته ام دوست می دارم
I love you instead of all the people I didn't love

تو را به خاطر دوست داشتن دوست می دارم
I love you because of love

برای اشکی که خشک شد و هیچ وقت نریخت
because of the tear that dried but never shed

لبخندی که محو شد و هیچ گاه نشکفت دوست می دارم
(because of the) smile that disappeared but never bloomed

تو را به خاطر خاطره ها دوست می دارم
I love you because of the memories

برای پشت کردن به آرزوهای محال
because of abandoning impossible desires

به خاطر نابودی توهم و خیال دوست می دارم
because of ruining illusion

تو را برای دوست داشتن دوست می دارم
I love you because of love

تو را به خاطر زیبایی لاله های وحشی
because of the beauty of wild tulips

به خاطر گونه ی زرین آفتاب گردان
because of the golden cheek of sunflower

برای بنفشیه بنفشه ها دوست می دارم
because of the purple color of violet

تو را به خاطر دوست داشتن دوست می دارم
I love you because of love

تو را به جای همه کسانی که ندیده ام دوست می دارم
I love you instead of all the people I haven't seen

تو را برای لبخند تلخ لحظه ها
I love you because of the bitter smile of moments

پرواز شیرین خاطره ها دوست می دارم
because of the sweet flight of memories

تو را به اندازه ی همه ی کسانی که نخواهم دید دوست می دارم
I love you instead of all the people I won't see

اندازه قطرات باران ، اندازه ی ستاره های آسمان دوست می دارم
I love you as mush as rain drops, as mush as the stars of the sky

تو را به اندازه خودت ، اندازه آن قلب پاکت دوست می دارم
I love you as much as you, as much as your pure heart

تو را برای دوست داشتن دوست می دارم
I love you because of love

تو را به جای همه ی کسانی که نمی شناخته ام ... دوست می دارم
