[SOLVED] Please help find a song

Every time I am in Kohl's I hear a track and don't know the title or who sings it. It is very upbeat and uplifting. Almost has a Jamaican or African vibe to it. Some of the Lyrics in it go like this..." I'm on top of the world" I'm on top of the world, been waiting for this for a long time, paying my dues to the earth,
can't remember it all but if anyone can identify I would be thrilled.
