"I've paid my dues" song

I loved the melody of this song but it only had ONE lyric that I could understand:

"I've paid my dues" (not "We are the champions" by Queen or any of the songs listed at the bottom, checked those already)
It's Alternative/Indie genre, produced in the last couple years, very recent
relatively soft, indie melody but not a ballad.
Band with 2+ vocalist (one female + one male lead vocalist in this song)

There was a bridge toward the end, "Ayo, ayo, ayo, ba, ba...ayo, ayo..." where a couple more voices jump in, like singing an anthem of sorts.

The song was loud enough and I really tried hard to understand the words but to no avail...so it's one of "those songs," lot of singing but cant understand anything.

But i loved it. can anyone help me out?
