Two songs heard in Lowes store

There are these two songs I never knew the title of but wanted so bad when I worked there in 2006. One of them was definately older. The other must had been newer.... here goes the first one.

It sounds kind of rock like and and hast this solo part ever couple of lines sang it sounds kinda oriental like.. do-do- do-do a do-do a do, doooooooo da dooooooo. Kinda chinese sounding, but keep in mind its a rock english song..and the lyrics are like.." I need to find a releaassee, woooooaaa a wooooaa ooooohhh, woahhh a woooo wooaa wooooo uuhhooohh followed bu that riff of... do da do do da dooooo doooo da dooo.

The second..easy..its this lyric that goes

"Talkin bout SUMMER. " its always after the lyrics.. and there's a line that goes "it ain't unsual to find me,

Unfortunately no..the song could even be a christian song. It sounds kinda edgy.

I remembered hearing this song at Sears. It has an Oriental sounding riff running through it.

Sorry..but that's not it.. its a guy and its totally american sounding..its got th the lyrics may help better but e riff going through is consistantly all I remember is.. whoa o whoa oooooo whoa. The last bit is.. i need to find soume peace....
