You can take want you want from the words, they're a bit vague and suggestive, but I think it's about a guy whose sexual partner is always wanting to have it off with him - wants him to be a superhero, in the video - but he is too tired/too weak to be able to keep up with the demand! The bit about the rod at the end is some serious innuendo.
