Looking for this pop rock song around 1980 ("Get Out"?)

Hey there,

this is from a set of two songs I got e-mailed by a user from another forum, one of which I solved by myself. This second one, due to its lyrics not overly distinct, made it hard for me to identify it. Plus, if the title really was "Get Out", that would be looking for the proverbial needle in a haystack. That's why I'm giving it a try here with you guys.
