Need help with a song from a car commercial!

I don't know what car it is for, but I know it just says "I love you" over and over again and it's a low key song. In the commercial it shows color being splashed onto a car kind of. Like yellow fades into red and red fades into black. Something like that, like paint is being poured onto a car. And it goes "I love you, I love you, I love you..." ;-; It makes me sad that I don't know!

I also need to know the name of this song.

I have not seen the commerical but my wild guess would "Michelle" by the Beatles
