Nichts läuft so wie es mal sollte.

Du bist allein mit dir selbst.
(You are alone with yourself)

Auch wenn du das nie wolltest.
(even if you don't need it)

Jeden Morgen stehst du auf, gibst deinem Selbstmitleid seinen Lauf.
(Every morning you wake up,you feel pity about your run)

Du hast dir nichts mehr zu sagen, sondern nur noch dein Kreuz zu tragen.
(You don't have more to say, only to carry your or take cross road)

Und wenn alles vorbei ist und du nicht mehr rausgehst.
(And when all of them left and you don't like to go out)

Ich brauche eine Hilfe, Bitte kann jemand meine Uebersetzung korrigieren
