Fincanın etrafı yeşil aman aman, The brim of the cup is green, oh my, oh my
At kolun kolların boynumdan aşır. Stretch your arm out to my shoulders and pass over my neck (meaning embrace me)
Sarhoşum dilim dolaşır aman aman. I am drunk, that's why I am mumbling

Aman kız canım kız öldürdün beni Oh my girl, oh my sweet girl, you killed me ("to kill" here means "to steal his/her heart")
El ettin göz ettin mahvettin beni. You have waved to me, you have winked at me and you made me fall for you

Fincanın etrafı sarı aman aman, The brim of the cup is yellow, oh my, oh my
Ağlarım sızlarım ben zarı-zarı. I am crying a flood of tears
Elimden aldılar yari aman aman. They took away my beloved one, oh my, oh my

Aman kız canim kız öldürdün beni Oh my girl, oh my sweet girl, you killed me
El ettin göz ettin mahvettin beni. You have waved to me, you have winked at me and you made me fall for you

It's my pleasure, Nedjma. Well, many traditional Turkish songs have lines where they just talk about daily life and objects although they have nothing to do with the lyrics in general. For example in another traditional song the poet says:

Yoğurt koydum dolaba ellere vay I put a bowl of yoghurt into the cupboard, oh people
Bugün başım kalaba ellere vay Today I am in difficulty, oh people

In this particular song he describes the color of the border of a cup before starting the actual lyrics
