Anyone recognize this song from 2004 downwards

Hi all!

I've been trying to find this song but no luck so far. I heard it on a Korean show, it was playing in the background so i couldn't get most of the lyrics. The drama is from 2004 that's why i assumed the song is from the same year, but it could be from earlier.
