Solved : Mystery song - something about getting down off the ledge in the chorus

Can you help me to identify this song?

Male vocals, something in the chorus about:

get down off that ledge?
get off the ledge?
come down off the ledge?
...?

I heard this song on a radio station that plays a mix of things along the lines of Snow Patrol, Jem, Nickelback, the Raconteurs, the Fray, and Justin Timberlake. I can't place it and don't know if it's newer, although it sounds like current music. I don't think the station plays the song often b/c I haven't heard it again in over a week, but maybe I've just missed it.

I don't think that's it. The line about the ledge is repeated several times throughout the song. But I do like the Eels so I'm going to check out this song, too. Thanks for your help!
