Reeeally need help!!! Please!

I've heard this song on the radio during the last 2 weeks, and it's on my brain all the time!It's a man who sing in the chourus "you got to be..." and something I don't remember... It's a dance song.

I also need a help with another dance song. There is a man who sings "don't give up, don't have to, got to do what you got to do..." and later on "don't give it up, don't give it up"

PLEEEEEEEEEASE HELP ME!!!

The second is Don't Give Up by Chicane, featuring Bryan Adams. Not sure about the first one.
