Need help to find a song in Kohl's

There is a song I have heard all the time in Kohl's, Kmart and many other retail stores. The song is sung by a female singer and some of the lyrics like "now that you know", "nothing can't hold me back". This song is very popular and I really want to know who sings the song and the name of the song but I just can't it. Please help.
