Screaming Tonight - 80's song (maybe) HELP!

Got this song in my head, but the downside is i heard it in my sleep and HOPE it's a real song and not a made up song lol.
All the words i know go like this:
--- "I'm gonna scream tonight (in the background - "I'm screaminggggg")- scream all-right (or all night).. and theres a countdown as well in the song "one-two-three-for-five-six". It's a lady signing. Could be 70's.. 80's or 90's.. but most prob 80's.

Please please any clues to identify this song would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You Brian ma man.. but NO thats not it.. i went through like 1,200+ 80's songs the other day and cant find the song... i was so fricken excited when i woke up on Thursday morning KNOWING that THAT song exists somewhere.. and went straight to turn on my comp and search for it... and NOW im prob 80% certain that was a made up song in my dream (which is really cool and not at the same time) - happened to me before
