    Default Mehdi - Eshghe To

    Hello everyone.
I am new here and I'm here for the sake of those beautiful Persian songs!
I started learning Persian two months ago and our Persian teacher gave us a CD of Iranian music. I love it! I found this forum of yours while I was looking for Benyamin's "Man Emshab Mimiram". It is beautiful! I have listened to it perhaps 50 times.

By the way, I am Turkish and I have to confess that I am biologically "a bit" older than most of you here, I suppose, but my heart is just 18 :P (So, it's quite true you call me "junior member!"

Now, I am looking for the song at this address:

Video Clip - ایران کلیپ - نوانمای عشق تو2 با صدای مهدی در ترانه عشق تو

The music is quite famous in Turkey and it will be a nice surprise for my course friends if I take the lyrics in Persian with the Turkish translation to the course.

Can you help me to find the full song and Persian words with its English translation?

Thank you very much Vanda, you are wonderful.

Persian surprises me every day! I wish I had started learning it earlier.
You know, Turkish and Persian have many loan words from Arabic. Turkish borrowed a lot of words from Persin, too. Apart from these, Persian has similarities with English. All these makes Persian a very easy language for me. A lot of sentences have similarities. Examples? Here they are:

Persian: (on the telephone) Salom Baba, manam.
    Turkish: Selam Baba, benim.

    Persian: Emruz hava khaili sard.
Turkish: Bu gün hava hayli sert.

    Nice, isn't it?

I like this place. I'll be around.

hey Vanda, thank you for your reply... I don't know any new singers, but if you recommend some of them i'll start listening to them. I've seen all your conversations and translations and it's so nice of you to translate all these songs for us. for me i started understanding some of the farsi words, plus in iraq we used to use so many vocabularies from the persian and the turkish language which will make it easier to learn and communicate with you and with hasan. as a start, can you translate haydeh's song "Gole Sangam" please? I'd really appreciate it.

    Thank you love
    take care.

Hi hasan, how are you.. great to know that you are turkish, we will all expand our knowledge abou eachother's cultures and languages.. I myself know some words in turkish and tried so many times to learn more (my mother's family are from the north and they are fluent in turkish) i just can't practice it that much that's why i forget the grammar and the vocabularies.

please hasan translate ibo's song "bebeyem" for me, i really love this song. I also love his old songs very much and i hope i could get their translations too.

    thanks
    bye
