delam mikhad be Esfahan bargardam --- I wanna come back (to) Esfahan
bazam be on "nesfe jahan" bargardam --- (I wanna) come back (to) that "half of the world"* again
beram onja beshinam, dar kenare "Zayande rood" --- (I wanna) sit there, beside "Zayande rood"**
bekhoonam az tahe del tarane o she'r o sorood --- and sing songs and lyrics with my heart
khoodam inja, delam onja --- I'm here, my heart is there
hame ye raz o niyazam onjast --- every things that I need and pray are there
ey khoda --- O God
eshghe mano, yare mano, on gole nazam onjast --- my love, my companion,my beautiful flower is there
che konam? --- what should I do?
ba ki begam? --- to whom should I say that?
oghdeye del ra pishe ki khali konam? --- to whome should I say my heart's pains?
dardamo ba che zaboon be in o on hali koonam? --- I explain my pains to people with which language?
asemoon gereye konad --- the sky cries
bar sare janane ye man --- on my dear's head(Esfahan)
ashk rizan shode deladar, dar an khaneye man --- my sweetheart cries in my home

hamcho shab garde ghazal khoon --- like a caird singer

mast o divane shodam --- I became drunk and crazy
bekhoda in dele man poor az ghame --- I swear my heart is full of sorrows
tamoome donya baram jahaname --- all the world is hell for me
har chi goyam ma az in sooze delam --- as much as I say about my heart's pain
bekhoda bazam kame --- I swear It's not enough
* Esfahan(or Isfahan) is a beautiful and historic city which called "nesfe jahan" = "Half of the world"
** "Zayande rood" is a beautiful river in Esfahan

thank you vanda azizam!
your english is so good!
wow its a really sad song but very very beautifull.
now that I know the lyrics I understand why all those years my father feel nostalgia to esfahan.
kisses
Just looking at the first word of the translation, it's wrong…Delam means my heart (del-am). Rood in Zayande rood, means river.
Yes Delam means my heart but "Delam mikhad" means I want to literary it means (my heart wants to) so the translation's correct;
and it's true that rood means river but Zayanderud is a proper name.
"If music be the food of love; play on."
