Please help! Jazz flute-esque sample song! Heard at Ross

This song is sometimes played in retail stores.
I specifically heard this song at Ross Dress For Less.
It's an electronica/r&b/jazz song by a music duo that are billed under their first names
two men's names separated by a "&".
I remember the music video for this song had them in it and I swear one or both of the guys resembled the MythBuster guys in similar fashion sense

it's a song with a jazz flute-esque sample which is essentially like the chorus
this song features an r&b-style singer
I remember she was a heavy-set black lady

the song is from the 90's or early 00's.
I heard this song in 2011

the lyrics (from what I can recall) were something like this:
