well no i don't speak farsi, at all. I've travelled in Iran for 3 weeks back in 2004 (i was 19 lol), all alone, with a bag... oh it was GREAT!!! people were so friendly, so helpful, so... well i only have good rememberance of that country this is maybe why i love it so much (regardless of the wonderful culture they have there). i wanna go there again soon, but as excpected none of my friends is too keen on it *grrrrrrrrr* and it's apparently nearly impossible to get the visa from France (i got it from Turkey last time). Vanda ur name is great, and it's meaningful as well, u lucky one. think of all these who have name that mean nothing and that is used to call so many people ? what is rare is valuable
PS: all i remember from the sentences i learnt there "man farsi balat nistam"... "na mifatman"... "no but realy... na mifatmam
" pff and by that time i could even read the arabic numbers, i forgot most of it. a cool guy even explained me (in farsi lol) how from these arabic signs we got our own 'so called' arabic numbers 1 2 3 4 5 and so on...
