Looking for this song I heard/saw in 2011

I can't say a lot of the melody. Just that it has a strange computersound
looping from a hightone chromatically to a lowtone. And at the end I thought
they continually say "Tell all your friends to come, tell all your friends to come"

What I can say is the videoclip. There's this guy who's playing with a claw crane.
He gets out a videocassette. He goes back home and plays the videocassette. It's
a video i think with the bandmembers, but very hypnotic and hallucinating. So the video
is saying (I think) "Tell all your friends to come, tell all your friends to come". He calls his
friends and they all come and being hypnotized by the video.

Don't know if this would help extra, but I saw this video on an music television channel in
Iceland, I don't know the name of the channel... It was 2011

Please help me, I'm looking for this song for such a long time...

It's not the song, it's not scary at all. It more sounds nintendo-ish. Forgot to mention that.
