Ok, here I go again :

The confusion with "που να 'σαι εσύ" which I translated as "that/which/who etc came from the fact that as "where" που should have had an accent ...? Like πού(where) vs που( that/which)

I knew that "περνάς" from "μακριά μου πως περνάς" means or could mean "you get along" but just couldn't figure out the meaning because of the bad interpretation of πως....

As for έχω τόσα βράδια να σε δω και δεν κοιμάμαι-it has been many nights (for some time now) that, I have not been seeing you and (consequently) I don't sleep (and I am unable to sleep) where is the negation for "I have not been seeing you" ? Or how could I figure out there is a negation there? Just out of the context? Cause for the second part(i don't sleep) the negation is obvious(δεν κοιμάμαι).

I think what you are asking in that "last" part ... is, ... "how are you suppose to know that this is "first person" ?!? ...
