    Lyrics::
    Sada Hoon Apne Pyar Ki
    Jahan Say Bay Niaz Hoon
Kisi Pay Jo Na Kul Sakay,
    Woh zindigi Ka Raaz Hoon
    Rachay hain mairay zam zamay
    Hawaon main, ghataoon main
    Meray galay ka noor hai,
    Ghula hooa fizaoon main.
    Kahoon to chandni hoon main,
    Chiroon to aik saaz houn,
Kisi Pay Jo Na Khul Sakay,
    Woh zindigi Ka Raaz Hoon
    Sada Hoon Apne Pyar Ki
    Sunay agar meri sada,
    To chalti karwan rukay.
    Bhula kay apni gardishon,
    Wo Sath Aasmaan rukay
    Main husn ka ghuroor houn,
    Main dilbari ka naaz houn,
Kisi Pay Jo Na Khul Sakay,
    Woh zindigi Ka Raaz Hoon
    Sada Hoon Apne Pyar Ki...

    My attempt...
I am not a native urdu speaker...so I was unaware about some words...So I used my Urdu dictionary and translated based on my understanding.

If they can the native speakers are most welcome to provide a more refined translation.

    Sada Hoon Apne Pyar Ki
I am the voice of my love

    Jahan Say Bay Niaz Hoon
I am unconcerned about the world

Kisi Pay Jo Na Kul Sakay,
The one that cannot be revealed to anyone...

    Woh zindigi Ka Raaz Hoon
I am that secret of life

    Rachay hain mairay zam zamay
My songs forms an integral part

    Hawaon main, ghataoon main
    in winds, in clouds

    Meray galay ka noor hai,
    The light from my throat

    Ghula hooa fizaoon main.
    Is dispersed in the surroundings

    Kahoon to chandni hoon main
I am comparable to the moonlight

    Chiroon to aik saaz houn
If I play...I am like a (melodious) instrument
Kisi Pay Jo Na Khul Sakay,

    Woh zindigi Ka Raaz Hoon
    Sada Hoon Apne Pyar Ki

Sunay agar meri sada,To chalti karwan rukay.
Moving Caravans come to a halt if they hear my voice

Bhula kay apni gardishon, Wo Sath Aasmaan rukay
Forgeting their revolving, the seven heavens come to a halt

Main husn ka ghuroor houn, Main dilbari ka naaz houn
I am the vanity of beauty,I am the pride of loveliness

Kisi Pay Jo Na Khul Sakay,
    Woh zindigi Ka Raaz Hoon
    Sada Hoon Apne Pyar Ki...

I thought Urdu and Hindi were very close. I know some Pakistanis who speak Urdu and they understand Hindi movies without difficulty! what's the deep difference between the two languages then?
    العربية (arabic) // বাংলা (bengali) // हिन्दी (hindi) // kurmancî (kurdish) // فارسی (farsi)
    ਪੰਜਾਬੀ (punjabi) // soomaali (somali) // தமிழ் (tamil) // türkçe (turkish) // اُردو (urdu)

Well friend... if you ask me Urdu is like a bead necklace... You take lots black beads (Arabic) and lots of white beads (Persian) and connect them through a sting (Hindi) the necklace you get is Urdu.

Although there are numerous similarities...I would say 80% similar that helps both sides understand the languages easily but differences are there ...To start with the script both languages have a completely different script and many differences in vocabulary. But luckily the urdu words are also used in day to day language so many Hindi speakers are familiar with these common words...but not with pure hard core urdu words. Grammer for both languages is more or less the same.
