I need help for the translation of some verses of DAM's song - Usset hub قصة حب

Hi! I need help for some verses I don't understand. I've found the english translation but it seems not very accurate.
The verses are:
1)
مش فاهم, كيف عندهم قلب يحرموا قلب؟!
كل اللي حس بالعواطف وكل الحب بنطحن
وبصير أسهل للناس انها توكله, الناس تشبع
من هين, والحبيب خوفه يشبع شوقه
وشوقي كبير وخوفي يكبر كل ما نتلاقى
translated to this:
I don’t know how they could have the heart to forbid other hearts
Instead of thinking about seeing you,
They have me spending my time being afraid
That they might see us together.
2)
وانا أحبك كمان الحب أحلى رمز
هلأ تطلعي لقدام, الرمز بطعمي خبز؟!
مانا بلا شهادة بلا صنعه, حيات
النزله الوحيدة اللي لليوم ما قابلت ولا طلعه
وأنا صامد, مستنّي اللي مستنيني
ان كان منيح يحميني ولاّ عاطل يأذيني
I love you too, love is the sweetest thing
But is it enough for us to live on our own?
We are still too young for commitment
I still don’t even know my future
I’m lost in the world; I don’t know what the future holds for me.
It could be good things or bad

وحياتك عارف وحاسس
سؤالك بس وحياتك مش عارف أجاوب
believe me I understand what you’re asking but I can’t find the answer

As for verse 1, I'd say (and this is guessing since I haven't heard the song and I don't know it's title)
I don't understand how they can have a heart while they rip away the heart
of anyone who feels emotion and anyone whose love is crushed
it becomes easier for people to eat that heart, so these people get full
so easily, and my beloved's desire gets crowded out with fear
and my longing for her is enormous, but it's my fear that grows bigger every time we meet.

For verse two
I love you too. Love is the sweetest thing.
Look forward, though. Will love feed us with bread?
I have neither a degree nor a trade, and live
(this one is weird - نزلة is a cold/flu, but i dont' think that's what he means here)
And I'm steadfast. I will wait for the one who waits for me.
However, will that protect me or leave me unemployed and harmed?
