Help!! Please

I'm trying to find out the title and/or artist of a song.

I used to hear this song on a rock radio station back around 1996.
Not sure when it first came out. I think it would have been around this
time, not a lot earlier than this.

I can only remember parts of the song. That's my trouble.

The pieces I remember, and they are very small pieces, are:
chorus part maybe- "I got the pistols, you got the pesos, ?????"
"So give your ID card to the border guard ?????"
It mentions Sean Luke Pecard? United Federation of Planets???
I think I remember it being about a robery maybe.

It's a fast song.
