Hi, here it is. I hope it will help you
I warn you, my English is not that good. I still did my best.
    Enjoy

Never the end of summer seemed so beautiful
The vines of the year will have beautiful grapes.
On voit se rassembler déjà les hirondelles
We already see the swallows gather.
But we have to leave each other though we loved each other.

What a beautiful weather to say to each other goodbye.
What a beautiful evening to play its twenty years.
On the cigarette smoke, love goes away, my heart stops.
What a beautiful weather to say to each other goodbye.
What a beautiful evening to play its twenty years.

Flowers already hold the colors of september.
And we hear from afar, boats announcing themselves.
Beautiful weather for a sorrow that weather of amber color.
I'm staying on the quay, my love see you soon.

Quel joli temps, mon amour, au revoir.
What a beautiful weather, my love, goodbye.
What a beautiful xeather to play its twenty years.
On the cigarettes smoke, love will maybe come back to us.
Maybe one evening, [...] (I didn't know how to translate this part)
Ah what a beautiful weather, a weather to say goodbye.

Never flowers of may will seem so beautiful.
The vines of the year, will have beautiful grapes.
Quand tu me reviendras, avec les hirondelles
When you'll come back to me, with the swallows.
Car tu me reviendras.Mon amour à demain.
Because you'll come back to me/ My lovesee you tomorrow.

    Thank you SO much Yoka!

I think the bit you couldn't translate may be something like 'at the turning of a springtime" ??

Another question I have is about the line 'Quel joli temps pour jouer ses vingts ans.'
Does it mean that she is remembering a parting from 20 years ago and she has been replaying it in her memory all those years?

Yes I think you're right for the translation

For your question, I don't really know. When I listened to the music I had the feeling that it meant that she just had 20 years. Like if it was her birthday and she was celebrating it. But I'm not sure of what I'm saying. I've never been good at text analysis :P

And I'm sorry for answering you so late. I hope it wasn't urgent.
