Hope you guys can help me. Been going through an 80's R&B revival and can't find a song that I remember fondly. I know a few words of the chorus...

it was one of many similar sounding songs from the era. I thought it was K-Ci and JoJo, but I can't find a song of there's that matches. Any help greatly appreciated.

The song is from 1997 and it's called "Return of The Mack" by Marc Morrison.

Absolute genius! I don't know how you got that since I was way off on the lyrics and in the wrong decade. Kudos and big thanks for the help.

I'm glad it triggered your memory. Wow. You did me a huge favor, that song has been eluding me for years. Still can't believe it was 1997! I had it filed mentally with 80's Keith Sweat. Wonder what I did with that lost decade? Cheers.
