Enjoy and as always happy for input

    Walked a thousand miles
    Through treacherous terrain
    To stop this war
    To ease the pain

    With every battle i win
    I lose my self
    But thinking of you
    Regains my health

    I'm tired and I'm hurting
    But I finish this today
    End your pain and suffering
Lord, stay out of my way

    Friends die
    With every battle faced
    Blood lost
    Can be replaced

    Limbs lost
    Are thrown away
    Bluest sky's
    Now dark and grey

    I'm tired and I'm hurting
    But I finish this today
    End your pain and suffering
Lord, stay out of my way

    Fought all your men
    toe to toe with kings
At the end of the day
    Still no one sings

    So is it worth it
    All of this bloodshed
    Will it all be over
    Once everyone is dead

    I'm tired and I'm hurting
    But I finish this today
    End your pain and suffering
Lord, stay out of my way

Rather menacing and mean, a threat of revenge in the air?
Let's hope not, there are nuts enough who are tending to "end it" thrusting their knifes in fellow schoolkids, etc.
I have read your poetry for quite a while, so I don't think you mean that.

The message is though:"how tired can you get" and the menace is there.

Did you write this taking distance to look at yourself or are you observing, Trueperfectionsimperfect?

    Cheers, mate!

It's about calling time on destruction and revenge. It's about watching people getting hurt and deciding enough is enough someone needs to stop this before there isn't anything left worth fighting for, because in the end if some thing bring pain how can it be classed as truly beautiful.
Yer how tired can you get and how much can you take before you decide it's enough
Glad you got what I was aiming for amaryn
