I have a few words from the lyrics and the type of the song:
The chorus goes something like 'dance with... Luana (sounds like it, but not exactly it)' and the phrase is repeated throughout the chorus. It's a kind of up-beat jazzy tune, probably fairly new, super cool, sung by a male artist. It reminds me a little bit of Jamiroquai, but isn't.
